When you decide to move forward, we will start with eight 45-minute weekly sessions. You'll choose goals that fit your life and learn coping skills to help you stay more mentally and emotionally well.
Many participants choose to do another eight weeks focused upon their next goal either immediately, with momentum, or come back when it makes sense to focus upon another area of their lives.
